In this video, I will talk about the issues I encounter during the initial set-up with ATEM Television Studio HD Software Control, connecting to my computer. ATEM Software Control features an interface that’s been specifically designed for speed and accuracy. It features separate pages that make it easy to find the controls you need for each of the switchers major functions such as control, audio, cameras, macros, media and deck control.
I just bought the new ATM mini and I am trying to get it running urgently for an event I have at the weekend.I downloaded the latest ATEM software for Mac and plugged the device into my internet switch (same on as my laptop). When I run the ATEM Setup, the device is recognised and it shows it's plugged into the ethernet. When I try and click on either of the two buttons (about and setup I think) I just get a message:
Failed to connect.
Please check your network connection.
I have tried different cat6 cables and switched the device on and off.
Not a good start
Please could you help me resolve this?
ATEM MINI PRO ISO does not see my cameras on Mac, nor does it on my windows PC.
The computer detect the Atem Software Control, but all my cameras give the same BLACK view, on Skype, Zoom, or any other program. Anyone had the same problem?

The manuals says: 'Setting the Webcam Source.
In most cases, your streaming software will automatically set ATEM Mini as the webcam,
so when you launch your streaming software you will see the picture from your ATEM Mini
straight away. If your software doesn’t select ATEM Mini, simply set the software to useATEM Mini as the webcam and microphone.'
It dos NOT work automatically NOR manually.
