Shut down antivirus software!-Delete all files about the old version! Step 1: copy “CARS 2015.R3 ” or “Trucks 2015.R3” to your computer. Step 2: run main.exe in “CARS 2015.R3” to activate（if you want to install truck,please run main.exe in “Trucks 2015.R3”) – click start – click yes to save FileActivation on desk. After installing it, the SSS LMS program work. Here is a link for the old R3 program. Just download it, extract to 'C: r3tdvb ', navigate to 'C: r3tdvb install ', double-click the accompanying setup.exe, and voila, problem solved.

Here we will see some briefing regarding SSS R3 Program.
First we need to go to the sss official website at https://www.sss.gov.ph then we need to find and download the R3 File Generator which will going to use in contribution report preparation.
Sss R3 Generator
We need to click it (see the arrow)
Then a pop up will appear we need to save the file to be able to install and run the program, Once the program is installed in the computer then we are ready to prepare the report for our SSS contribution.
When opening the program we are ready for its encoding system. First we do the File Maintenance.
Here’s what will appear when you click the File Maintenance, Click First the Employer Record Maintenance.
This will appear when you click it.
Input the data asked. Then after click update to save and get back to previous Menu.

When your done filling up Employer Record you need to set up Employee Record Maintenance as shown below.
You have to input your employees number to be able to fill up the next data which is your employee’s name, amount of contribution and etc. Once completed then click Add button but if this is not your First time encoding their data just click Update, Do this repeatedly for all your list of employees.Then go back again to the previous Menu.
Sss R3 Excel File
If your all set and done with encoding you must know if the data you just encoded has no discrepancies and your tally with your manual report. You must click Inquire Total it generate the total amount you inputted on the program.
See on my example I just encoded one list of employees ha! ha! ha! so that I will know faster if I’m tally with my example report. Then after this you’ll set to do the next step which is paying the total amount of your contribution report to SSS office.
After you already paid your contribution report and you have your Official Receipt given by SSS cashier, You need to go back to the program and input the receipts data, Click the Create SSS Text File.
This will appear, No need to input Employer Name / Employer Number because you already sign it from the start I just erase my data for my example.
Then you’ll see the small box you need to click it to put check on it to be able to fill up the the Official Receipt data asked by the program. After accomplishing it do click the continue button and you will be able to save the R3 File generated by the program to be submitted also to SSS office together with the hard copy report just choose a folder to save it . (save it on a USB when bringing to the SSS office)
For the next step, go back from the start of the program where you can see the Report Generation.
In Report Generation you can see the report you’ve done and be able to print it make sure you have a printer attached to your computer to set this up right.
After you click the Report Generation the Print Transmittal and Print Employee File will show you have to click the button of each one of them to see the report file you’ll going to print in two sets to be submitted to SSS office. they will get one copy and then they’ll give you your copy with their received stamp or initial signature of the officer who will assist you on it.
Then your done and your good to go.You too can explore the program once you have it so that you can understand more its feature, I just give you some briefing of my experience about the program there’s still a lot more to learn from the program.
